Combo Recess Self-tapping screw DIN 7981 pan head and Phillip recess is made of high-quality steel. Available in boxes and blister to meet any customer need. In different coatings black zinc plated, lacquered and blue zinc plated. Blue zinc plated coating meets the standard RoHs, free chrome. Self-Tapping screws are meant to be installed directly into sheet metal. Tapping Screws require a pilot hole and tap their own threads during install. They cannot be used with machine thread tapped holes or machine thread nuts. Wide head style with chamfered / curved sides and a recessed phillips drive, one of the most common sheet metal tapping screw styles.
